UPDATE - Off-Skates Training Continues!

We are going to continue with our off-skates training for the next few practices.  We are working on footwork and endurance drills that will help to get you ready to skate.  (We work out on the grass for some exercises, so you might want to bring a beach towel to sit on.)  All levels of skating experience welcome!  If you don't have your gear yet, you have some extra time to get everything you need to get rollin'!  Be ready to start skating on August 11th!  Here's what you will need to bring;
  • Quad Skates (no inlines)
  • Helmet
  • Elbow Pads
  • Knee Pads
  • Wrist Guards
  • Mouth Guard
